Custom Knitting Services

If we don't have what you are looking for today, please let us make it for you. If we are out of a particular size you can place a Custom Knitting order, or if you don't see the size you would like listed, choose our Made-to-Measure option. Knitting takes between three and six weeks to complete so place your order today.

Placing your order

Custom Knitting

To place a custom knitting order select the item's size where it says, "Or, this item can be custom knit (3-6 week delivery):". Select the quantity you would like to order, and click the Order button. From there, you can either continue shopping by clicking the continue shopping link or, check out by choosing your shipping option.

Made-to-Measure option

Select the Made-to-Measure option If you would like us to knit one of our items in a size that is not listed. Selecting the made-to-measure option means that you will need to provide us with measurements so we can knit to your exact size. You can provide actual body measurements or measure a garment.

We have made it simple for you to collect and provide your measurements so we can custom knit for you. We have provided a simple to follow diagram to help you provide accurate measurements. You can complete the measurements on your computer, save them, and email them right to us. Or print and mail them to us by post. Measurements should be provided within 72 hours of placing your order so we can begin knitting. If you have questions or problems measuring you should contact us .

Payments

You have two options when paying for your custom knitting. You can pay in full when you place your order by clicking on the GO TO PAYMENTS button on the shopping cart page.

Or, you can put down a nonrefundable 50% deposit at the time you place your order and pay the balance before we ship your order. To pay a deposit you will need to type DEPOSIT in the Voucher code and click RECALCULATE. Then you can click GO TO PAYMENTS to complete your order.
