Returns & exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Llamajama purchase. However we understand that not all children are the same shape and size therefore we will happily accept returns or exchanges on most items within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the the cost of the product less a 2.3% restocking fee. Simply follow these guidelines:
· Only items purchased directly from Llamajama are eligible for a return or exchange from Llamajama. All others must contact the retailer where they purchased the item directly. A complete list of authorized Llamajama retailers is located here.

· We process orders immediately therefore completed orders are not cancelable.
· Personalized music is eligible for exchange only. The exchange may only be made for the identical name from the original order.
· All items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all of the original tags and packaging intact.
· The consumer is responsible for all shipping, tax and duty expenses related to the return or exchange.
· Llamajama will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your return. All credits will be placed on the credit card from the original purchase.
· All eligible returns should be returned directly to Llamajama. If you need our address please contact us via email.
Please keep in mind that our knit products are created by hand, on needles. We spend several days knitting each one of our garments. If you find a problem with our knitting that effects the use of your item please give us the opportunity to correct it for you. We can typically repair an item with just a few stitches and return it to you promptly. Requests for repairs must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you require a repair after 7 days of receiving the item we will be happy to repair your item for a small fee. You should contact us with details of the repair so we can discuss your options.
