Dear Llamajama customers,

We will be on vacation from May 1st 2012 through June 15 2012. While we will accept orders during this period please note that no in stock items will ship until our return. Made to order items (noted by the 3-5 week delivery) will be processed as quickly as possible - and knitting will begin, however completed items will not ship until we return on June 15 or whenever they are completed (which ever is first). If you have product related questions (sizing etc.) we will answer as available however you should expect longer than usual wait times for a response.
If your made to order item was placed before May 1st, we will ship it out as soon as it is completed (you will not wait until June).
We sincerely thank you for your continued support and look forward to returning in June refreshed!

Wool care instructions

Caring for your Llamajama products is easy. One of the many benefits of wool is that it is not necessary to wash after each use.

Diaper Covers
One of the wonderful benefits of wool diaper covers is that they do not need to be washed after each use. An unstained cover can be used at least six to eight times between washes. A soiled diaper cover should be washed immediately to prevent a stain from setting. In between, simply leave the cover to dry. You can also brush your wool diaper cover with a lint brush to freshen it.

Clothing
You should only need to wash your wool sweaters once a season unless they get soiled. Soiled clothing should be washed immediately to prevent stains from setting. In between washing, simply brush your wool garment with a lint brush to freshen it.

Washing Instructions
We recommend washing your hand knits in Llamajama Tea Tree Wool Wash. It is a mild soap infused with Tea Tree and certified organic oils.

To wash add 1 tsp per gallon of clean, tepid water. Let garment soak for ten minutes. Gently squeeze suds through the fabric taking care not to felt the wool. Rinse thoroughly in tepid water. Roll garment in a towel to remove excess water. Reshape and dry flat out of direct sun or heat.
