Retailer Guidelines

Our mission is to grow the Llamajama business through retail partnerships. In order to do that, we are serious about protecting the integrity of the Llamajama brand name and establishing fair business practices that benefit all of our retailers. These guidelines are designed to protect not only us, but also you, the Llamajama retailer.

We screen our retailers carefully. In order to sell Llamajama products you must have an established, legitimate business. Please send us a copy of your retail sales license number, your contact information and your website.

We do not allow anyone to sell Llamajama products via on-line auction. We also do not sell to consumer run cooperatives. We do not feel that it is in the best interest of our retailers or our brand.

Our MSRP’s are based on extensive consumer testing. We do not allow retailers to discount the MSRP of our products in any way. Offers of free shipping or free gifts with purchase are acceptable. However if you offer blanket 10% purchases at your store, Llamajama products cannot be included. If you have any questions about our pricing policy you should not hesitate to ask. We may offer you the opportunity to have a pre-season sale, but discounting our products without our authorization may result in suspension of Llamajama retailer status.

Full payment is required at the time of order. You can pay by credit card or send us a check. If you send a check payment must be received within ten days of your order.

We pride ourselves on our strict quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged product please contact us immediately and we will replace it. You may not sell second quality product.

You may use our logo on your promotional materials providing that you receive approval from us first. We are always happy to provide you with logos or copy as it relates to marketing Llamajama products.

We have taken great care to offer you photography that shows our product in a way that reflects our brand image. We ask that you use our photography when promoting our products. If for some reason our photography does not work for you, please submit alternative photography for approval prior to use.

We want to develop and grow your business. In order to best accomplish this we ask that you maintain open and honest communication with us. We will occasionally set up meetings with you to discuss your business, request sales information and forecasts, discuss marketing plans, and establish goals and objectives. You can be assured that the information gathered will benefit your business and will be kept confidential.
